Breathing practise to help people with symptoms of Covid/Long Covid/ME/CFS/Fatigue

Service Description

Learn how to breath fully again, to strengthen respiratory muscles and use the breath to calm the nervous system. The class ends with deep relaxation and then opens into a supported discussion group with psychotherapist Andrew Mallet. This is a chair based class but could also be done from the bed.
