Who Are We?
The Yoga for Life Project is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC). We know from experience and scientific research that yoga can transform mental & physical health
We believe that yoga ought to be made available to a wider cross-section of society, so that more people can experience its potentially transformative effects. The Yoga for Life Project is about getting the health benefits of yoga to those who need it most.
We provide online group & 1:1 classes catering to different health conditions. We create bespoke classes for NHS staff & patients, schools, hospices, colleges, homes for the elderly, public organisations & private businesses. All our classes can be done from a mat, chair or bed and no prior experience is needed.
