You will find yourself in one of the most beautiful & peaceful places you have ever experienced. Feel the layers of tension release.

With Dartmoor on the doorstep, you can enjoy some fresh water swims in the crystal clear rivers and magical pools.

In autumn, like the trees losing their leaves, release & let go so you can embrace a new quality of openness and acceptance. Through breathwork, meditation, gentle yoga, yoga nidra (the practice of conscious sleep) and immersion with nature, allow your nervous system to destress and take the opportunity to release any tension you’re holding in the body.
