Through collaboration with research scientists and institutes around the world, we are collating a wealth of research which shows how the mental and physical health benefits of yoga can help relieve certain conditions and shows a significant return on investment. As part of our mission to promote the health benefits of yoga and to bring them to a wider population, we would like to make this research available to all – students, teachers and researchers. By working in collaboration with different universities, we plan to conduct further randomised control trials and research studies to discover more about how yoga can improve our wellbeing.
