Do you find it difficult to still your mind and find clarity of purpose, to have a clear sense of direction, to know what feels right for you? If so, this spring workshop part 2 is for you. The workshop welcomes everyone – with or without previous yoga experience.

​

​Spring is a time of new beginnings. So in this uplifting, therapeutic workshop which follows the Spring Equinox, mindful meditation, pranayama (breath-work) and joy flow yoga, will allow you to find flow in the stillness and stillness in the flow. And having stilled the mind, you will come to understand your purpose and feel ready to embrace new beginnings.

 

The workshop will end with yoga nidra or conscious sleep – a beautiful guided rest where, with a withdrawal of the senses, we will journey through the breath, a series of body scans and visualisations to a place of very deep relaxation and yet consciousness where our innermost purpose is awakened.

Having reconnected with what feels meaningful, you will leave nourished and refreshed able to embrace the months ahead with a revived sense of clarity, positivity and vitality.
