If you have any injuries or medical conditions that might affect your practice please consult with your doctor before starting any exercise program and send us an email email@example.com with details at least 15 minutes before the class starts so that we can let the teacher know.
Equally we remind you that practising at home means that you need to take extra care of yourself, to really tune in to how you are feeling and to not push too far and stay safe in our practice. If you have injuries please be mindful and don’t move into any place of pain at all. Take rest as and when you need it.
By participating in these classes you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these classes, assume all risk of injury to yourself and agree to release and discharge The Yoga For Life Project for any or all claims or causes of action known or unknown arising out of classes with The Yoga For Life Project.
