Service Description
This class begins with a supported group discussion. A space to connect and check in with each other. From here we will move into gentle breathing exercises focusing on finding a healthy, calming and supportive way of breathing. There will be some gentle movement to free the joints, release tension and connect to the body and a guided relaxation to finish. A chance to let go, rest and absorb the benefits of the practice. All the practices will be done from lying down or seated so you can practice from bed, sofa or a yoga mat on the floor. Everything offered is optional and you will be encouraged to listen inwards to feel what is needed at any moment, cultivating awareness and autonomy. Have some cushions and a blanket to hand.
