Service Description

We will introduce mindful slow movements, breathwork and other techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, keeping us present and calm. The class will end with a relaxation, so do have blankets and pillows at the ready. See below for more information on what to bring. Some classes may be chair-based, but there will always be options to do movements whilst lying down, if preferred. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to this class, which is gentle and accessible for everybody, no matter what part of your recovery journey you find yourself on. Please bring: A chair (best without arms) A mat (if on hard floors) A blanket Cushions (for head) and pillow or bolster (if you have) for under the knees An eye-pillow (optional) Water
