Come and join us in Clissold Park or online for beautiful uplifting and energising yoga combining breath work, meditation and specific sequences to revive and restore. These classes will include standing poses - we recommend resting in child’s pose or a comfortable resting pose if these aren’t possible for you at present. Open to all levels.
