Service Description
Yoga Nidra is the practise of conscious sleep. The practise is lying down where you remain totally still. Through a guided body scan and visualisations, your brain is taken to the delta brain waves of sleep - your deepest sleep, while your mind reminds awake but deeply relaxed. The practise takes you to a place of very deep, nourishing relaxation where body, mind and nervous system are given a massage, sometimes taking you to a place of incredible focus and clarity or deep inner contentment. The practise is beneficial to everyone but especially those suffering from stress, anxiety, anger issues, insomnia and chronic pain conditions. It is used with great success on American soldiers who have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. All you need is a comfortable and warm place to lie down. Join us for this very deep and powerful practise bringing a new tool for destressing to your repetoire.
