a 16-week course for ADHD minds
Service Description
Yoga4ADHD – 16-Week Online Course Mondays from June 9 · 18:30–19:45 BST · £15/class Weekly online classes for ADHD minds—starting June 9th Book Now What is Yoga4ADHD? This 16-week course is designed for ADHD minds—people who move fast, feel deeply, and often struggle to rest, focus, or trust their own rhythm. If you’ve ever had big dreams but felt stuck turning them into action, you’re not alone. I created this course with the tools, practices, and reflections that helped me rebuild my relationship with myself after burnout and overwhelm. What to Expect Each week, we explore themes like concentration, overstimulation, time blindness, and impulsivity—through the 8 limbs of yoga, rooted in lived ADHD experience. 🧘♀️ Each class includes: A 75-minute guided yoga session ADHD-specific themes and tools Optional worksheets for deeper insight (Optional) 15-min community reflection space We use a mix of yoga styles—mostly slow flow and yin—always moving from motion into stillness. These aren’t practices to “fix” you. They’re designed to meet you as you are and build steadiness, spaciousness, and self-trust. Why I Created This I was diagnosed with ADHD while writing my master’s thesis on sustainability. I was burnt out, overwhelmed, and constantly pushing myself to be someone I wasn’t. A pause, a trip to India for yoga training, and a lot of inner work later—I built a life that works for me. Now I share these tools to help others feel regulated, supported, and aligned—so they can share their gifts with the world, without losing themselves. 💌 Your presence is a gift. If this course helps you feel more resourced—and more at home in your neurodivergence—I’ll know I’ve done my job. Sliding scale available—just reach out.
